I've received excellent service from Adam and his team prior to, but my recent call about our State Farm homeowner's policy was disappointing. A discourteous woman dismissively responded, "depends on your question," when I greeted her. She claimed unfamiliarity with homeowner's policies and put me on hold, later jumping back stating I wasn't in the system despite our long history with State Farm. After arguing and asserting to have checked "16 times" in a snarky tone, she finally transferred me to Adam, who promptly found our information. Professional staff, albeit my initial interaction with this individual team member was a service failure from my perspective."
