Hi all, welcome to the Andrea McDonough State Farm Insurance office. We are conveniently located in Boone to better serve Watauga, Avery, Ashe and Wilkes Counties. We are also licensed to serve the entire state of North Carolina so my team and I are always there for you and your family's insurance needs.

I started my State Farm career as a team member for an agent in SC in 1986, and then went to work for my Dad Wiley Martin. I am a proud Second Generation State Farm Insurance Agent since 1995. Our office focuses on transfers from out of state welcoming them to the NC area, new business and service. Our team has a combined experience of 56+ years to assist you with your Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Home and Renters Insurance, Health Insurance needs or any other State Farm Insurance related products or services. I grew up in Watauga county and graduated from Watauga High School in 1980. I continued my education at the University of South Carolina and graduated in 1985 with a BSBA, Insurance & Econ Security. I am the proud Mother of Brett and Tom, and Grandmother to several dogs and cats. In my non-State Farm life, I am the Executive Director and co-founder of BeanStalk Community Theater, a USA Track and Field Official, a Watauga High Cross Country/Track and Field volunteer, member of the Holy Cross Episcopal Church vocal and bell choir, a past American Field Service host parent, past member of the Salvation Army Council, and past Sr. Warden at Holy Cross Episcopal Church. I love reading, music, theater and spending time with my pets.
